John Shumate is certified as a personal trainer through the Interactive Fitness Trainers of America, and through FiTour.
He also has certifications with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and Boot Camp Challenge. He's been teaching fitness classes since 2012.
Dutchie Mirolli has been a certified personal trainer (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) since 2009, and a group fitness instructor since 1996.
She especially likes working with women to improve their strength/toning, their core strength, cardio endurance, and their flexibility.
Laura Gentile is a group fitness instructor and personal trainer certified through the American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association.
She also specializes in integrative nutrition, life coaching, and menopausal wellness.
